Create Jobs’ Community Building

A platform to connect young creatives with opportunities

To adapt to Covid-19 and the potential in online learning, Create Jobs collaborated with the Mayor of London to build an online learning platform, jobs marketplace and community hub for diverse young Londoners which connected them with employers looking for new talent.

Working with digital design agency Made by Many over four two-week sprints, Create Jobs is testing an MVP from December 2020 with 200 young people and 50 employers before launching a complete careers and community hub for the creative and digital sector in summer 2021. The platform will inevitably diversify Create Jobs revenue streams and bring scalability to a small but ambitious non-for-profit.
